Costa has integrated Cuban techniques to improve and enhance tobacco leaves after a process of about 3 months, so the raw material "tobacco" acquires a high quality among the best in the world.

The liguas used to make the cigars have been tasted and contrasted to ensure that the aroma, flavour and combustion provide the smoker with a pleasant pleasure with every puff. Costa has also taken care to give the cigar the right measure, certifying that the weight, diameter and length result from the same shape as Cuban cigars. Cigars are made by cigar rollers with over 20 years of experience.
